usually the food is outstanding but just ordered a medium pepperoni lovers today august 31st 2022 and its not cooked , the... cheese barely melted and the top half of each slice is doughey . This was a great experience! The first time they made our pizza unfortunately it was undercooked, not because they didn't put it... in long enough just because they had to split a medium dough in 2 to make 2 smalls. However, when we brought it back the ladiesworking were more then eager to help fix it. The customer service was certainly above and beyond; which is really nice to see asit feels it is a rare thing to find in this day and age. I have mixed feelings about this location. We find the food inconsistent. Sometimes the food is fantastic, other times they... don't get our order right or the crust is undercooked. Several times now we have gone through the online order process, pickedout all of our food and customized the way we like, only to get to the payment screen and get a pop up that this location isclosed when they are not. Upon calling the store to place the order we are told that they have too many orders, the wait wouldbe over 45 mins so they are simply not accepting any more orders. They also do not have their own delivery drivers, but rely ona taxi service, which often leads to longer delivery times. Pizza Hut is a pricier option in town, but they do have good foodwhen done right, if they will take your order. Read more
The food was great, unfortunately upon arriving to pick up my order at the given time to pick up it was not ready/ they could... not find it. I waited at the front counter for 15 minutes before someone even acknowledge I was there. I knew they seen me butdidn't say "we will be with you in a moment" completely ignored. After someone finally ce to help me that's when they couldn'tfind my order and told me it would be another 20 minutes. I had already been waiting am extra 15 minutes since my pick up time.They threw together a box (I ordered the family box) and sent me on my way. When I got home I realized that I recieved the wrongpizzas and sides. I also recieved the wrong dessert. I payed an extra couple dollars for the one I wanted but I had alreadywaiting in the store for so long to get the food I had kids to feed. Customer service sucks. Read more
