Not one to leave reviews but last experience at this restaurant was not great. Ordered festive family special. 1 large soup & a... large chalet sauce. Chicken was great, only received 3 sides not 4, no extra chalet sauce I paid for. No gravy for the one side.No stuffing. Only 1 teeny tiny cranberry sauce. Only 1 box of Lindt chocolates (supposed to be 4 in family special) and as aspecial treat cold food was packed with hot food so butter (for buns) and chocolate we did get was a melted soggy mess. Andcoleslaw has warm. Did get the soup we ordered. Emailed a complaint. Was told someone would reach out to address my concerns.Never heard from anyone. Guess I will be eating elsewhere from now on. Well I changed my review the manager actually got in touch with me and actually credited me with the same meal so that was... really awesome of them and the meal was actually really hot and the stuff was awesome when I called there the secret I guess isto actually call the restaurant where you getting the food from in your town LOL cuz the phone staff is useless Read more
We are very disappointed with the way we were treated . Our grandson is wheel chair bound ,they would not seat us because our... grandson son is a fire hazard. How unfortunate on there part, because they have lost our business. How dare they discriminate inthis time and age. Read more
The service was pathetic. Just the 2 of us and hardly anyone in the restaurant. Took over an hour for our meal and it wasn't... even hot. Definitely not returning. Don't waste your time or money here! Read more
Great food and it's open until 8 on weekdays and 8:30 Friday Saturday and Sunday! Swiss Chalet Owner please update your business... hours on Google! Really nice waitresses, their call centre is my only complaint. Read more
Seated at 1 o'clock sunday july 17th . Its been half an hour and nobodys even taken a drink order. 45 minute mark i went and... found the hostess, she sent a server over . Did not apologize for the wait . Read more
Ordered online. Two chicken sandwiches, one with baked potato and one with Caesar salad and 2 drinks. I realized thankfully... before I got home the drinks were missing so I turned around to get them. Unfortunately I did not check the meals as we werethen missing the Ceasar salad. I didn't think the order was that difficult. Last time eating here for me. This is not the firsttime this has happened. Read more
