Bought the all children matter donut (orange sprinkle donut) but was given one old fashioned which is nearly half the price

I was disgusted with the amount of flys absolutely covering everything in the store including my food. Yummy
So far I have only used the drive thru but I can tell you that on my visits it was packed but they were quick. And even tho it... was busy the employees I got to deal with were amazing and deserved the 1.00 tip...Nice to see that kindness is stillalive...Thanks for adding a positive swing to my day. I didn't really like this location. The parking lot sucked and the employees were not very friendly. I imagine this location... might be busier then other locations but I don't think that means the employees need to have a poor attitude. But they got myorder right so that is a plus...... in the future I may bypass this Tim's and go to another. Read more

This Tim Horton's never gets anything right its ridiculous! Coffee, teas, heated muffins with butter, bagels, sandwhichs nothing... ever right! Customer service isn't the greatest either! Someone definitely needs to manage this better and pay attention towhat's going out to the customers! Read more
