VERY DISAPPOINTED. the first time we ate here was ok, but there were 2 HAIRS IN OUR FOOD. the second time was a disaster?being... that this place is a wing/bar place you?d think that they?d at least have good appetizers? not the case!!! the spinach dip isabout 15$ and is cold and gross. could?ve made better at home! we got a wing platter and my boyfriend loves hot and i cannot doit and it was all over my wings so i couldn?t even eat it. also my family came here one time before and they took an hour to getwaited on and they said their food was terrible too! gave it many chances but not going back!! this is awful. also had to payfull price for everything even with complaining.. said they would take it off our bill but didn?t Read more
Went as a group of 5, stood and waited to be seated for 10 minutes, I was ignored and the group that came in after us was being... seated. A kind lady who was part of the group who came after us asked me if I had been helped and made the waiter seat us. Took40 minutes and we had not been served drinks or given menus. We had to ask for menus and he only gave us 4 which he took off ofanother table. We had to wait another 40 min before we walked up the front and asked to have our order taken. The waitressapologized and finally got our drinks and took our order. Our food was out not long after that but how ridiculous for us to haveto ask for menus, and ask for our drink order to be taken, we had to wave down the waitress and ask for refills etc. In the endwe were given a 15% discount. I am giving 2 stars because our food was good but the service was terrible. There seems to be nomanagement/ plan/ or organization whatsoever when it comes to the wait staff. Read more

We went to try out the restaurant thought it would be a great girls night out, which clearly back fired on us. The waitress was... new and completely clueless and forgot to put our order in I forgot to mention we arrived at 5:30 and our food wasn?t brought tous til 6:50, a lot of tables that came after us got there food, paid and left before we even saw our food. No cutlery or plateswere given to us and the waitress didn?t bother asking us if we needed anything or if we wanted dessert, she came back 3 timessaying our food was coming and about 20 after that we spoke to the manager she had said she was very sorry for the mix up andwould discount us 50% but then only discounted us 20% and in the end our bills were brought and then she mixed up our bills andall the change was wrong, her and the manager couldn?t do basic math and I had to divide the change up for them. We went as a group of 4 at 530 on a Monday. We went in with maybe 5 tables. We ordered within 20 minutes of sitting down and we... waited 1.5 hours before we even got our food. Waitress finally said she forgot to put our order in. After telling us twice itwould be out soon. All the table's that sat down after us ate and left before we even got out food. After we got our food wewaited another 40 minutes for our bills. We were told 50% off and only got 20% as well as getting the wrong change and having toargue about it. We went as a group of 4. We were asked to sit where we like. It took several minutes before getting a menu. The waitress took... our order shortly after we got there. We ordered a sample platter and one guest ordered rings apps. The sample platter cameout. We didn't receive plates or cutley. The ring app didn't come out. Several tables showed up after us and were served andreceived their drinks and food before us. Our waitress finally came back and we were told our food was coming shortly. Finallyafter another 15-20min went by we spoke to manager. We were informed the order was put in late and they would rush our food. Once again another 15 minutes went by. Finally another manager or owner came to table and said food would be out in 2 minutes. Very broken English spoken. We finally received our food 1.5hrs we received our food. The food was good. When asked forour bill it took another 15 minutes. When they came back with change. They messed up even the change. The manager and newwaitress couldn't do basic math. Yes, it is rare that I give 5 stars. However I was very pleased with not only the meal, taste, serving size and value. The... service was top notch. Questions answered with polite knowledgeable expertise. Shout out to Aiden. You deserved that tip. See you again soon. Read more
