Ordered a new whopper melt w/o cheese and onion and pickles and when I got it home wrong food and ice cold. Only live a few... blocks away. Took forever for them to answer the drive thru. 15 minutes!! Rediculus!!!! Nasty taste. Un-professional workers.Sloppy made sandwich!! Everything was sliding off the bun. Yuck ????. ???? Pretty standard for a BK but the hashbrowns were barely done.
Got my milk shake for breakfast ???? plus their shake machine is ALWAYS working!!!! Tracy is the best.
Dual drive thru is a joke, doesnt get you thru any faster. Just a waste of money on the companies part and an inconvenience for... the customer. Takes up room in an already small parking lot. Who ever thought that this was a great idea really wasn't usingtheir brain. Read more

To say this restaurant is awful is an understatement. Everytime I go there?s things missing. Then go back tell them what your... missing and they give you the wrong thing. The two girls in the window gossiping and not paying attention. The. Open the windowand when you tell them what?s wrong hold her hand up and don?t listen. The Unprofessionalism here is just completely sad. If youdon?t wanna be there find a different job because I know I will be finding a different restaurant to go to and be callingcorporate. I ordered through the app for pick up and when I drove up to the drive-thru, I told the cashier that I already ordered online... and gave her my name then she looked at the screen and found it. I pulled up to park and waited for almost 8 minutes due tochicken fries had to be cooked. Food came hot & fresh! Everything looked & tasted great! Read more
It's getto as frick and sometimes they're rude to customers but it serves food I guess. I don't like going inside.
