The food was good and our waitress was fantastic and went above and beyond(Cynthia). The 1 star is because after our meal we... went to the bathroom and a staff member, guessing cook came out of the stall and never washed his hands just walked out. The 99 app used to be great, flawless service each time. Now, for the second consecutive time, it took me through the entire... ordering process, including charging my account, before notifying me that they can not accept my online order and I will need tocall it. We called and explained to someone named Jaz that we ordered on the app and we're told to call it in. She informed usthat, no, we do not deliver. We now have to wait 3 to 5 business days to be reimbursed for an order they refused to fill. Welove the menu at 99, but were forced to order the from the Chili's app. Read more

Wonderful service. The waitress was well informed about food allergies and helped me with what to avoid. Prices were reasonable... and the steak tips were delicious. Would definitely recommend. Will be returning in the near future. Read more
Me and my friend had gotten burgers and when we got the burger I took a bite of it and the bloody juice that you get when a... burger is obviously undercooked started pouring out all over my plate and our waitress claimed it was there sauce and onlyoffered to bring us new fries. And when we attempted to talk to the manager he was extremely rude it was almost like he thoughtwe were lying about it. If anyone goes there do not order a burger because apparently bloody burger juice is there sauce. Read more
We love coming here for the easy going vibe, great sandwiches, and frosty beer glasses. Nothing beats a frosty cold beer. Sheena... was an excellent and attentive bartender/server, and Emily was wonderful as well. We ate the Nashville sandwich and a VermontCheddar Burger. Both 10 out of 10.
