Apparently there are around 2,000 nearly identical franchised "Appleby's" in this country delivering "picture-perfect" heavily... salted, tasteless food for the purpose of creating thirst for alcoholic beverages. Admittedly, the staff and service at thisparticular location was exemplary and they are not held accountable for the actual food products produced by the kitchen. Norare the kitchen staff - the food LOOKED exactly like the pictures. But the QUALITY of the ingredients (meats, starches,vegetables) we're factory processed, cheap imitations that could not be disguised regardless of the quantity of "smothering"materials. There was, however, huge quantities of booze advertised outside, inside, on the walls, bathrooms and TV's. It'sreally a shame. So many franchises could easily turn themselves into wholesome, family-friendly sanctuaries which,unfortunately are becoming hard to find. I have no problem with the service provided by local bars and grills, they too have aplace. But I do have a problem with corporate hypocrisy. Read more
Was hungry and wanted to see what their bottomless boneless wings is like. Host didn't know if they were offering the deal... without having to ask. Waited over five and nearly ten minutes to be asked what I was drinking. Order of boneless wings arrivedin due time and was at an appropriate temperature for a couple of bites; French fries barely warm. The only time the fries wereat the appropriate temperature was when I specifically asked for to be so. Apparent manager (purple/pink vertical striped Polobutton down, sleeves turned up to the elbows, and gray slacks) never approached any of the tables. Think he was waiting to punchout and leave. Decided to go here because they had a good selection of Salads. Everything was Perfectly Fresh! The Dressings... Not so good.... Yah. The Caesar salad dressing tasted like Ranch with a Lemon juice and Sugar added. The bartender the night of 9/4/2022 was rude, didn?t get her name, but she was the reason we didn?t even stay long enough to... order meals. We started with apps, I ordered a beer, but she wouldn?t take the other two drink orders saying ?I?ll come backafter we have some waters.? Seemingly implying my girlfriend and her friend were already drunk? Even another worker seemedconfused when we told her what happened. She never came back to our side of the bar to take the rest of our orders. I only hadhalf my beer and we didn?t finish our apps, just decided to leave. Read more

Waitress was fantastic. And even though we had to make lots of calls during our lunch, she was totally understanding. She was on... point, food was good, and came out fast. Very well worth our trip to Applebee's! Read more
Sent my steak back due to it having a freezer burnt taste. The food in general just wasn?t very good.
