Very nice bartender took our take out order, gave us chips and salsa while we waited. Good came out was super quickly. They had... us double check our order before we left (it was correct) and gave us everything we needed to eat in a hotel. Read more
Walked in for a nice family dinner and I chose to have an adult drink. The waitress looks at my I d like something is wrong.... Proceeds go take mine and my husband and sons drink order my husband wants a beer. She comes back ask for my ID again brings itto the bar mind you I'm 30 years old. Brings back my I'd I ask is something wrong she says no. We get our drinks my husbandends up getting non alcoholic beer. Not what he asked for. Rude Waiteress and cold food felt rushed. We didn?t even get seated because the hostess couldn?t find anyone to serve us. There were probably 4 people dining-in and a... couple seated at the bar, restaurant was empty at 4pm! She mentioned it was because they were changing shifts. We left becausewe were awkwardly standing there waiting. Why would I want my family to be served by anyone or any restaurant that doesn?t wantto serve us? We ended up going to Casamigos restaurant (5 min away), and I?m so glad we left. Our waitress was super nice. She came by at all the right intervals. She had a fun personality. We had chips and salsa, shared... the Buffalo chicken sandwich and a triple dipper. We also destroyed dessert! We are fans of chilis, and will be back! Read more
I was trying not to leave a negative review because this restaurant has been great before. But last Sunday night we picked up... dinner, spending over $100,on the way to visit my son and his family. My food was awful! I got Classic Beef Nachos. Seepictures attached. They were burned with not much on them. I thought there were only the ones you see with the sour cream andthen I picked up the tinfoil and saw the rest. I reached out to Chili's headquarters, to again avoid posting this review, andhave heard nothing. I am not sure if we will dine here again.
