It's Dunkin' clean parking lot no trash overflowing and Meh coffee. Doughnuts keep getting smaller and more expensive, bagels... are meh. It's what you expect. I do miss service with a smile though. Read more

Terrible service!!! I understand they are short staffed but the ones working should atleast know how to make a coffee. Went... last night, had to use drive thru since the lobby was locked. We placed the order then sat at window for 15 minutes while theybrewed the ice coffee. Ordered 3 iced mocha coffees, 2 with melted sugar. No mocha in any of them. 6 sugars sitting at thebottom of the cups for 2 of them. Can't go in and complain since lobby is locked. NOT going to wait at drive thru for another20 minutes to complain. 10.00 wasted and a drive to Boscowen to spend another 10.00 and we got coffee made as asked. Read more

Used the mobile app. The drive thru line was very long. From prior experiences knew not to go inside to pick up my order when it... is coded for window. In line for 10 minutes. Attendant repeatedly gave me wrong order. 1st by only giving drink. Even aftershowing her the receipt she did not give me correct food items ordered. Did not apologize for making multiple mistakes. She didthank me for being a customer. I understand that the morning commuter time is busy. I waited without complaining about the line.It was my choice to use DD. I would have appreciated at minimum an apology for getting my order wrong 2x. Coffee blend Midnightwas hot. Potatoes hash browns were cold. The cranberry muffin had no butter in the bag. I had ordered it unheated but wantedbutter. The coffee roll was unheated which makes sense since she had to go find one. Overall food items were fresh. Read more

I was getting ready to make a long 3.5 hour ride home and wanted to stop and go through the drive through to get a quick... breakfast for my kids. The person taking my order was absolutely rude to me, actually stated that I should have gone inside tocomplete my order because I was backing up the line. Firstly, the reason people go through the drive through is for theconvenience....secondly, how do you know I was even able to make it into the store?!? Absolutely horrible customer service!
