Called to place an order for 12 sandwiches for pick up. Spoke to Alisha, and was unfortunately she was rude right off the bat.... Before even taking our order or knowing what we were getting (hot or cold sandwiches) she said it would be at least an hour,when we said 12 sandwiches. I said, we could possibly get delivery within the same time frame and she told me ..."well youshould do that then". I said, so you are okay with losing the business? What's your name? She told me and said it's fine if Iwant to call and complain. "Will do!" It was a Sunday at 230. We were driving back to our rental house. We mentioned we were ahalf an hour away, just stating that was when we would be in the area. Immediately gave us an attitude. Thank you Gilford Houseof Pizza! Ordered lunch and had dinner delivered. Very disappointed, didn't realize bringing business to a place would be such abother. I love Jersey Mike's and have never had a bad experience at home. It's a shame when people don't care. Read more
Jersey mikes went there once first time ever with my friend and will be the LAST time we go there, I?m all set, great for out of... staters that apparently don?t know any better. But Like others have said. Sandwiches very sparse and for 2 subs and drinks itwas over fifty dollars?! Like others I would rather go to market basket or make my own and feed my entire family for thatprice.. and NO I will NOT be emailing or contacting anyone to further look into anything. Not bad. Really good size. I liked that. It was pretty good overall. A little skimpy on the (amount put on the subs for) options... in the subs though. The ingredients of the sub if you will is what I'm saying. It was the first visit there, and wasn't too bad. Read more
So been to this Jersey Mikes before and always left happy. Even gave them a five star rating. Was there yesterday and shocked /... disappointed with service and sub. Ten people in line and staff is working on mobile orders letting us stand there. Afterplacing my order my sub was thrown together and lady putting toppings on sub was a joke. Worst sub I ever had at any JerseyMike?s and been to many as I travel for work weekly. I will not go back !!! Not worth the money at all ?. Find somewhere else togo? Read more
Every time i go to Jersey Mikes the food is always fresh and tastes amazing. Watching them as they make my sandwich either my... way or Mike's way looks and tastes so delicious. And they tease us with that mound of bacon ...yum. Read more
Went yesterday there are 3 girls working so hard the line was long and they did a fabulous job! The sandwiches were awesome! I... had roast beef my husband had steak and cheese. Will go back! One more person would really help them. But they sure are thebest team I?ve seen. Read more
It was fresh and delicious ???? the 3 woman that were working are fabulous. Highly recommend! I got the club and my friend got... the BLT. They have cream soda and regular root beer to tap. All in all it was a great lunch. Read more
Quite possibly the best steak and cheese sub/grinder/whatever ever you want to call it. The excellent quality allows Jersey... Mike?s to command a premium price ($15 for a large) for its? premium quality. I was initially off put because of the price?but,I went again because it was top quality and absolutely delicious! ??????
