Hit or miss for sure. Some days the food is great, sometimes you get food that is borderline inedible. Staff is generally... pleasant, however I will never forget when I was in there picking up some food in late 2020 during peak covid, and I saw a manwho appeared to be either the owner, or the general manager, wearing no mask or gloves eating food in the kitchen while alsomaking people's food. I would leave zero stars but I can not leave a zero star review. My wife and I went to get just chicken, no sides or anything,... (I've been disappointed with KFC since they stopped doing wedges) We were going to get popcorn chicken and just 8 tenders. Wegot told that our total was 29 dollars! For just the chicken no sides or drinks. We got just my tender (which was $20 for just 8pieces) I then opened the box and that's when I saw the saddest looking chicken tenders I have ever seen. I will not be goingback to KFC and I think it's time we let the franchise die. Read more
Filthy , lobby closed , owner / management is less then desirable ...please be careful eating here . There are many other... restaurants & drive through in this area .I got food poison from that chicken ???? sandwich ???? & talked to a few prioremployees. Worst place to get food. It looks like it was days old and reheated it. I ordered a famous bowl, my all time favorite always order this when I go. I asked for extra gravy and extra cheese, got home... and this was so dry and horrible I paid $12 for the meal and a side of Mac and cheese, wasn't even full, waste of money, verydisappointed ???? Read more
I ordered a chicken tender bucket. This was the largest I received out of the three. The biscuit and fries were cold and rock... hard. I'll likely not ever return to this particular KFC. Read more
Was refused Nashville hot sauce on anything besides Mac n cheese and famous bowl. Was told sauce couldn't go on chicken little... it given as a side. I left without food because the only reason I went there was for the Nashville hot sauce! Read more
