Had to use self order off the touch screen. Touchscreen was in bad shape, the screen wasn't sensitive and I had trouble placing... my order... when I went to submit my order I guess I didnt tap it hard enough and my order never actually was placed. I didntnotice for about 15 or so minutes, as I am papatient in general. Had to redo the whole thing and ended up being there over ahalf hour for a mocha frappuccino, double cheese burger and a large fry. BTW maybe 3 cars went through the drive through duringthis whole duration and there were zero other customers besides my boyfriend in the actual store. Extremely irritating. Read more
This place does not even deserve one star. As a local working man in the area I stopped in for breakfast and after standing... there for 10 mine have the 2 employees look at me many many times but Cyinh like I was not there so she did not have to leaveher station of baging orders . I had to leave as I thought leaving myself 15 mins to stop and get breakfast was an adequateamount of time. But they have no respect for there customers or the working man. As I left there other 2 workers were out backsmoking and making out. This place is gross and unprofessional. They lost the value of customer service long ago. Now because Iwasted my morning in this slum. I now can't even stop at another restaurant that I'm sure would not mind taking my money andproviding me service. The food was hot. The staff needs to be more mindful when they take their breaks and dine in. Two of the employees were cussing... at the table near us, the whole time, for the entire dining room to hear. Unprofessional. Other then that a typical McDonald'sexperience. Would have given five stars but I don't like to hear constant profanity while I'm relaxing and trying to enjoy ameal with my family. Read more
Allows dine in. Kiosks worked for most of us, but one of them easy working right. Friendly staff came and helped. Seemed pretty... clean overall and food was fast. Was a meal between 8pm and 8:30pm, so this may have been a factor. Read more
Kiosk ordering went well, they seemed to have it dialed in pretty well. Service was pretty fast. 3 stars as I had to double... check my order and they forgot the chicken nuggets. Like the deluxe double quarter pounder with cheese. The tomatoes andlettuce really bring it together. Read more
The manager refused to take orders and cash and said we had to use kiosk. This IAs absolutely ridiculous! My husband and I... refused to enable companies to put employees out of work due to a machine, if I have to put my own. The take out is never fast they always pull you up to wait for a simple burger and fry then when you get food the cheese isnt... melted and it cold they are rude and they charge outragious now Read more
Usually always good service. Have had a few bad times here but more hood then bad. Food is usually fresh. Employees are usually... pretty nice and efficient. Cleanliness is 4 out of 5. Over all not bad and would recommend to friends Read more
