This Starbucks location is in the Tanger Outlets, and I've gotta warn you, the parking lot and traffic flow to get in and out of... the drive thru lane are ridiculous. It routes you way around the parking lot to get in queue to order. Then once you get throughthe line and window, there's a sign keeping you from making the right turn to exit the parking lot. I'm hoping it's a temporarysituation. Otherwise, consider it absolutely nuts on behalf of the engineering folks who dreamed up this ludicrous set-up. For all the coffee drinkers out there. Need I say more?.. it?s consistently consistent, with the quality of the food and drinks... / coffee etc, and yea they are exactly what you would expect?. The past week I have tried to get into Starbucks as I enjoy some of their coffees. But this location has disappointed multiple... times. Often they are out of multiple items from caramel syrup or other ingredients. This I can put aside but yesterday I askedif there was any soy free, dairy free, and nut free snacks that I could get for my boss. When recommended the mushroom kale eggbites, I asked if that would be safe for my bosses allergy. The woman handling drive thru around 2:20 pm assured me that itwould be safe. When I brought the snack to my boss it was one bite before she had to search the ingredients. Turns out thefirst is cottage cheese. Do not go to this Starbucks as they do not know about allergen safety. Read more

If I could give a 0 I would. The girl that checked us out was absolutely disgusting to us. Rude and slamming the window door... when she got our order wrong. That is absolutely no way to treat costumers. I won?t ever be going back to this location and Ihope something gets done about this. She was highly unprofessional. Read more
A handful of times now where Starbucks decides to close whenever they see fit. Site claims open until 6, I have yet to see them... open till then. If you enjoy horrible service, smug attitudes and questionable service hours this is your new coffee spot! Read more
