Was given someone else's order today. (I was was one of 4 cars in the entire parking lot and the only car that was in drive thru... the entire time). I live 25 miles from the location so you can imagine I'm quite unimpressed. And just yesterday I was given aDr pepper from this location, that was just colored seltzer water. I don't know what is going on there lately but I've neverhad this many problems at this locations. Was offered a refund but I would have to come in to get it. Will eventually get thereto do that but for now just a waste of time, gas, and money. Check your orders. Read more
Whoever manages this location. Do better. This was a horrible disgrace for a restaurant. The poor employees have to tell the... customers they don?t have ANY ice in the whole restaurant, the steam tray is broken, almost all the soda is gone, and theslushee machine is also broken. There?s no reason the manager can?t run out and at least get ice so people don?t have to drinkwarm soda? EDIT against my better judgement I went back again and guess what it was equally as bad. We pull up and start toorder and they start by saying ?we are out of lettuce? it was 8:15 in the morning and if they didn?t have lettuce I?m assumingthey ran out a few days ago. I ordered a Baja blast and after the first sip I knew it was low on the syrup becuase it tastedlike seltzer water. The window lady aksed what else I would like and I ended up getting a sprite which was also not great. Ourfood was THICK with sour cream and sauces and barely cooked. The Tilton Taco Bell is possibly the worst Taco Bell in the state,nay THE WORLD. They should just burn it down now and start over. Read more
The soft shells were anything but. Obviously very old and the tacos themselves were made horribly. Sour cream all on one side.... Just terrible... Read more
I got a 5 layer beefy burrito and a few Loco tacos. The gentleman there was kind, polite, quick, efficient, and my food was... fresh. I let him know his Baja blast was low on syrup and he immediately changed it. Fantastic customer service. Read more
My taco came out so cold , after the fact that they all took turns on the intercom saying ?all set?? Every ten seconds when I... needed a minute to order. I felt rushed. And it was rude of them. Read more
Terrible service. Cheese quesadilla wasn?t even grilled. Cheese wasn?t melted. Raw tortilla. No forks given with fiesta potato... bowl. No refried beans or black beans available. Went back to ask for a fork, didn?t open the drive thru window. Absolutelyabysmal. Read more
Let me start by saying it was obviously rough night for this crew. I feel for them. They were out of beans, nacho cheese sauce,... and lettuce. The line was long and slow. We were in the drive thru for an hour and for as exhausted and burned out as they musthave been, they were pretty nice. The food we finally got was great, it hit the spot. It wasn?t a great experience, but I getit. It was as good as it could have been on a night like that. Read more
