We ordered the "Numero Uno" deep dish pizza. I found that the crust was like pie crust only crunchier, and the toppings were... not fresh i.e. canned tomatoes and dry stiff mushrooms. I would have preferred a frozen pizza from the grocery store. Servicewas good from a friendly staff. Read more

The service was OK. But. But it was because the bartender had the entire bar room including all the stools and the surrounding... tables which they were overworking her. The hostess is definitely could have picked up the sides of the dining room to help outand keep the bartender behind the bar where she belongs. The 2 appetizers were early and delicious. I honestly didn't expect much for this being a chain restaurant. I was walking in thinking I was getting Applebee's and it was... so not. The drinks were strong and beautifully presented, the food was much of the same. We started with the crab dip and wings,man I don't even like wings but these really hit the spot. This was a deep dish vegan cheeseburger pizza. I've gotten it before and it was amazing, and the last 3 times I ordered it, this... is what I get. It's 30 dollars to buy one of these, to offset the cost of the fake meat I imagine, but then they send this superdry crust with literally just the items in the description- beyond beef, vegan cheese, ketchup and mustard. That's it. I'vecalled before and they assured me it was a mistake, but now it's the third time. Does that look like a 30 dollar pizza? To me,it looks like someone was high, didn't know how to make the pizza, and literally just read the description and did just that. This happened enough times now I'm just writing a review, because clearly this isn't getting through to anybody. If you'revegan, just make your own, it's half the price and you'll actually have a literal pizza by the end of it. Read more

ordered through website. a bit pricey compared to other surrounding resturants but at the time of night it was the only one open... and offering delivery. what i wanted originally was sold out. a half hour had gone by with no update as to progress of my orderbeing accepted. Luckily my older sister doordashes and ended up being the one to go and pick up my order for me. Unos charged mea $7.75 delivery fee in which they only gave her $3.25 for picking the food up. it wasnt until my sister had gotten to unos thati recieved a update. the childrens meal came w an extra side but it was as if all the food was heated up in a microwave. in theend i cant say i will be ordering from here in the future. online everything looks delicious but i was not satisfied with theend result.
