Ordered a pizza from Pizza Pro at 8:03pm, was told it would be 30 minutes for delivery. Called an hour later and was told it... was on its way. Called again 30 minutes later and again that it was on its way. It is now 9:52pm and the pizza is finallydelivery. Really frustrated by the experience we had here this evening. I live in an apartment building, and for weeks we have been... receiving flyers from Pizza Pro in our mailboxes and so we finally decided to try them over our regular pizza place. Called andplaced an order for delivery (over $30.00 order) gave them our address, all the details and was told 25-30 minutes. Perfect, orso we thought. 40 mins, 50 mins, an hour goes by with no delivery or phone call so we call to check in and are told they shouldbe here shortly. 5 minutes later it shows up, the driver was not wearing a mask (he did apologize for this and said he hadforgotten it) and then informs us that they don't deliver here, that's why it took so long and they would be charging us extra!We told them we have been receiving flyers advertising their phone number and location to our building for weeks and at no timeduring placing the order was it indicated to us we were outside of their delivery zone and would be charged extra.For context,per Google maps, we are 11 minutes away. I recommended that they follow up with whoever is responsible for their advertising andhe turned it around and said we may have called a wrong location... how is that even possible when the flyer has one number, onelocation.
