Got to the place at 745 pm and was told that the dining room is closed....so me and my co worker had to take our 22 foot work... truck and air compressor through the drive through...was hard to hear the server. And my co worker is hearing impaired also....1 out of 3 workers were not wearing a hair net and none of the workers were in uniform...asked for receipt in the back hesaid yes ..we looked and it wasn't...they had to find it ...was not very impressed by the service at all ...mite not go back Read more
In the past three years of living I. Timmins I can count on one hand how many times my order was right (chicken strip combo).... It's either don't get my dipping sauce(s) or I don't have seasoning salt. Two small things and I'm not one to complain. Once I looked through the drive through window I canceled the order. Disgusting on clean up duty (lack of) over every surface in... site. So probably even worse out of site. Plenty of staff on duty so the overwhelmed card can't be played. Not attaching a dateor time so hopefully improve quality 24/7 Read more
This restaurant was disgusting, not clean at all the bathrooms were absolutely the most disgusting thing I have ever seen. The... place needs a major cleaning, plenty of staff standing around doing absolutely nothing at all. The wait time for the food youwould have thought it would be hot? Bathrooms were disgusting. The smell of urine in the men's bathroom was overpowering. The fries cam out cold in 1 pack and hot... in thd rest. Clearly reusing older fries. Burgers were also cold and cooked well in advance of us ordering. Overall a badexperience. Will never stop here again. Read more

Teen burger, onion rings and root beer cannot be beat! We also have the beyond meet burger which is amazing. You cannot tell... it's not meat. Would love this location to get the little metal baskets to reduce on waste. I love this restaurant. They arevery responsible organization that is taking the lead in the industry. Read more
I've been eating breakfast here for years and I would have given 5 stars a year ago and today would give 1 star. So I chose 3 to... be fair. The toast are not buttered for the most part. Food is cold and stale and I just ate my eggs full of shells. Lately I'malways returning because my orders are missing something. I'm very disappointed because this was my favorite breakfast place.
