Ordered kung pao chicken and fried rice. Kung pao chicken had one pound of celery half a pound of carrots and ounce of chicken.... When I called to complain they told me that is how they make kung pao ?chicken?. I guess since I was calling from hotel they cansell me celery as chicken. When i phoned i told her i would like to replace the chicken ball with Butter shrimp & pay the... difference she said ok but when we received the order we received chicken balls & no Veg. Called for the first time tonight. Whoever took my call didn't even put in an order after much confusion. Their phone kept... cutting out, I couldn't understand the person on the phone sounded like they were yelling into the phone from across the room.I work in a busy restaurant so understand hectic but this was beyond bad service. Absolutely disgusting canned food. All the awesome food pictures are fake. The lady who took my order confirmed those pictures... are randomly downloaded from Google. I ordered Kung Pao Chicken, Soup, Noodles etc and everything was tasteless. This is myfirst negative review of any restaurant. The food was so awful that I feel obliged to let others know to save their money andnot get scammed, hence wrote this review. Read more
I have usually been pleased with my orders from Cozy Corner. They make excellent Chinese food, but their customer service is... terrible. Several items were missing from my last order, and I called to ask that they send the delivery driver back with therest of my order. The person who answered the phone yelled at me that she had packed my order, and that I was trying to cheatthem or that I need to double check my bag. I am so unsettled from this experience, I will not be ordering from them again. Read more
Worst Chinese food I ever had. Expensive and rice is all dried, chew main is horrible. If you want Chinese food, do not ever... waste your money!!! Read more
Everybody there is super Friendly and the food is really good the service does take awhile though
