My personal opinion, Toppers is better. Fast friendly service
Always hot and fresh! I usually get my orders delivered (and the delivery drivers are always really nice!), but this time I went... in for pick up. Watching them was like watching a well-oiled machine, it was fascinating to watch! From crust prep to sauce,cheese, other ingredients, then in the oven... folding boxes on one side while the other slices the pizzas and puts them in theboxes, ???? From the time I ordered on the app on my phone to ready (3 pizzas and parmesan bites,) it took less than 15 minutesand they were busy. Bravo, guys, I was impressed! Read more
Quick, great value for money and not too greasy. The cook often overcooks the pizza. I always pick up so I don't know about... their delivery. Read more
Ordered 2 Brooklyn Pizzas, that were 'Too Well Done' with very little sauce...these 2 pizzas were the 'Worst'that I can remember... in recent history, plus it took 45 minutes to arrive at my apartment....FROZEN PIZZA from Now ON for me! Read more
Placed order on the app at 527pm(received the email confirmation order at 528pm) The tracker took forever to update. Finally a... quality check at 551pm. Waited for delivery update, but never changed. Had to call the store around 606pm to see what was goingon with my order. After I explained to the woman on the phone what was going on(order number and all)...it magically updated onmy app tracker to no delivery tracking. Finally received my pizza at 626pm......practically an hour later, and it wasn't hot orfresh. Do they only have one delivery driver? Don't think I will be ordering here again. Read more
Good pizza bad service, I wanted to order a pizza in the store since I am from out of town they don't have a proper sign for a... menu or what toppings available. They said to look on your phone, I don't know if they say the same thing to people without aphone. I don't blame the employees they are working hard during the pandemic holidays, management has to do something about it,for their safety and our satisfaction. Read more
Food was great but the waited outside for 45 minutes... order wasn't big at all, 2 pizzas not sure if the original guy that... served us forgot we were there. The girl who noticed us still sitting there after a few rounds of pickups came over and wasquick to get it settled and very apologetic... pizza had to be heated back up afterwards but again was delicious none the less. Horrible customer service at the Timmins location! They have no idea what good customer service is. They are very rude when you... call them on a mistake that they made. They will not admit to any of their wrong doing. I truly believe that if things don'tchange at this location, they will lose all their business. Read more
