We had an absolutely terrible lunch here today. The second star is being awarded only because we received excellent service from... the FoH staff. If nothing else, I would expect an Italian restaurant to not overcook their pasta. The pennee with my sausage andpeppers was overdone to a point where it wouldn't even stay on the fork, and so poorly drained that the sauce was straight upwatery. I get that lunch is busy, but I'd sooner grab a premade sandwich from the grocery store, than pay that price for such anamateurish attempt at cuisine. Read more
Took close to 15 mins to be noticed or talked to by wait staff. Restaurant was not busy at all. Was the Calamari over cooked... and very chewy? Yes! Did they stop servering bread with the meals? I guess Did they ask once if I wanted another soup or salad?No. Poor service and poor quality food. Read more
Today went for lunch with a group to celebrate my nephews birthday. Our orders were placed when unfortunately the power went... out. Both my wife an I had ordered chicken parmigiana ( the dinner size not the smaller lunch size) I opted for soup my wifegarden salad. I had ordered green tea my wife a glass of house wine. The loss of power obviously met our meals couldn’t beprepared however we already had the customary bread and the soup and salad was served. The bill even though the main course wasnot served ? Forty Seven dollars and twenty seven cents!!! How can you justify this? When I attempted to query the waitress onthe charges she informed me we had the “trio” .
