We arrived at 4:30 since It was my moms birthday and she loves the Fishbowl. I am not a fan of seafood but walking in the... special was chicken parmigiana and lime chicken. Was happy to see we?d have something delicious on the menu. My husband and Iordered the chicken parmigiana but the waitress told us they only had one piece of chicken parmigiana and one piece of limechicken left. How strange since we were the first people in the restaurant and that was the special. My husband took the onlychicken parmigiana so the Waitress suggested the lime chicken for me. Order arrived cold and the chicken parmigiana wasdelicious but the lime chicken was disgusting. It tasted like lime only, no spices just lime. When the waitress came to ask ushow are food was I told her it wasn?t good and could not eat it since the lime taste was too strong and her reply is what didyou think you were getting, it like chicken! I thought I was getting chicken with spices and a bit of lime not drenched in limeand no other flavour. Paid $30 for a special that I did not eat. One piece of cold carrot and one piece of cold broccoli and 2scoops of cold mashed potatoes. Can tell you I will never be back? too bad because the even though I am not a fan of seafoodhad they not lied about only having one piece chicken parmigiana this review would have been a whole lot better. I brought my girlfriend here for dinner and we tried mussels, stuffed lobster mushrooms, shrimp Alfredo, lobster dinner, cheese... cake and polished for delicious cocktails! I am no food critic but the food was phenomenal and don't forget the staff, veryfriendly and approachable. Best part about going to these kind of restaurants is that they aren't chains so it's a night outthat you can't pass up on! Read more
The famous fish and chips were good and my wife enjoyed the fisherman's plater with muscles. The appetizers were not go great... the potato jackets were overcooked and a bit burnt and the salad was on the soggy side. Service was prompt, polite andprofessional. Had a very good lunch here today. I had the salmon taco which was fantastic. The restaurant is clean and has great atmosphere.... The service was slow but very friendly. Prices were very reasonable for the portions. The desert selection was also quite good.I would definitely come back. Read more
We celebrated a friend's birthday at The Fish Bowl. Our server was fantastic and very attentive. The meal was overwhelming...... There was lots to take home. If I had to make a suggestion, it would be brighten it up. Paint and fresh lighting would go a longway. Either way we would go back. Read more
