My boyfriend went to Harvey's and the guy at the window was rude and they messed up his order. I usually don't judge based off... of other people's experiences but we went again and I accompanied him this time. I had scene points and asked to use ONLY$10-$20 worth of my points. The man said I had 70¢ worth of points which I knew was wrong but I paid the balance anyway. Ifound out later when looking at my statement after that he happened to use all of my points and I only paid 70¢ as a balance.This usually wouldn't be an issue but the man was rude again and very short with us when we were trying to speak with him. I sympathize for service works and appreciate what they do but this was a horrible experience. We has to repeat ourselves... several times when placing our order. The person taking the order kept cutting us off and then making us repeat. Ok maybe thespeaker is bad, it happens. We then get to the window (we were the only ones in the drive thru at the time) were handed drinks.We noticed they weren't marked (one was supposed to be regular and one diet) when they finally came back to the window we askedfor new drinks so we knew which is which and we were told one was diet and one was regular(again not marked) we asked to get newones and the employee was very rude and proceeded to get her manager. Worst Restaurant in Timmins. It should be called slow food restaurant instead of fast food. They didn?t answer me on drive-thru... and kept me waiting for like 6-7mins. Only time someone showed up on and say ?Hi? on the speaker is when they realized I calledHarveys customer service right over there while waiting in the drive-thru speaker. These people have no idea about customerservice and How to treat and greet their guest. Girl on the counter didn?t even say hello or thank you after I leave. I wouldnever recommend anyone to go at this place unless you don?t care about being treated disrespectful and invaluable by someone. Read more

I had my first crispy chicken burger and it was such a memorable experience. Staff awas such supportive by explaining everything... about what goes best on it. Owner was also friendly and treated me with respect. Must recommend to others. Read more
I always have a positive experience and have never gotten a wrong order. I was especially impressed when I was in the restaurant... today. One of the employees had a very particular customer who had complained the burgers were burnt, asked for more items wellafter paying (having to start a new ticket), requested specific items in specific bags and sauces in containers instead ofpackets. The employee was polite, patient, and attentive, seeing to the customer's every request. Read more

Went for lunch and our food was awesome as usual. The owners came out to talk to us. They are very friendly.
