This place is an absolute nightmare. Every time there is something wrong with your order. The last time I was there I had a... roughly $70 order that was missing items, things made incorrectly, etc. I drove all the way back to have my order replaced. Iwas told that they were only going to replace the things that were made incorrectly. Mind you, after they remade everything andI drove back home, everything would have been cold except those items. The manager actually yelled at me when I asked them toreplace the entire order. She said, and I quote "this is a $70 order and it is going to come out of someone else's pocket!" Myresponse was "exactly, it's a $70 order. I think all of my food should be hot and made correctly." At that point she threw theoriginal bag of food on the ground and yelled at one of her workers to go in the back and have my meal remade. Thus is only oneof a few bad experiences I have had here. Service insanely slow but the atmosphere....WOW the owner really needs to see how his manager behaves she is a person who cannot... handle pressure and makes alot of people including the skip the dishes people feel very uncomfortable. She yelled at one of themand then go into it with a woman and child about apple fritters including stomping around like a baby the whole 30 mins it tookfor me to get my burger and fries.....and it wasn't as usual....anything I ordered..I just walked out cause I figured if I tellher my orders wrong she would have a total melt down Read more
Probably the worst store in town. Super rude and just childish behaviour from the employee?s at this location. Will not be... returning! Placed an order for TWO vanilla frappe?s. The woman on the intercom was very nice and happily took our order. Oncewe got to the second window, the young man (obviously in highschool) handed us 1 drink. My girlfriend then politely asked, wasthere a second drink on that order? We ordered two. He replied ?nope? and then we asked to get another added to our order. Heagreed and made us our second! We said thank you, and right as we were about to leave the window he mocking jokes to hisemployee working with him. ?DO YOU WANT A THIRD?? And laughs very loud as we drove away. Read more
I've switched to McDonald's for breakfast but am leaving you forgot something in my order several times. I went back a few days... later because you should remember my order by now because I order the same thing for a year sometimes 5 days a week. Iunderstand there is mistakes Tim Hortons does it as well but when I go in to Tim Hortons when this happens they know what Iorder and give me what I payed for not just steal my money. Read more
Absolutely the worst service ive ever had a a fast food chain. Ive waiting 20 mins after paying at the drivethrew window and had... to go in after 20 to get my food. The next time i was there i was the fourth car that had to go park after paying and was 15mins and they got my order wrong and the pop was just brown carbonated water. I went in and complained to manager and was tothere was nothing she could do about my poor service. I wont be back! Read more
If it were possible, I wouldn't even give them the 1 star, very unorganized establishment. They do not properly follow... procedures set in place for accuracy of orders, proper items, or follow instructions. Constantly missing items from my orders,or items completely off from what I ordered. Clearly this location does not care about their customer service or positivecustomer experience. New looking store, indoor dining open, not too crowded on Friday afternoon. Easy car parking and cleanliness is good. Next door... KFC is there but indoor di ing is closed for KFC. Read more
Not one single employee was wearing a hair net. Really gross to see hair flying around. Manager brought my drinks and when I... asked for a tray she just walked away. I really think you should be paying attention to the reviews regarding your manager. Read more
