Yesterday tried to go 4:55am hours say 4:30 store was still closed. Today was open. I walked in the lid for the meats was open... and employee in the back. Some meat looked like it was hardening around edges. I still ordered a canadian club. EE put only 3 ofeach ham/turkey whereas other locations put 6 folded in triangle. After all this I bought 3 drinks and EE said bo bags unless Imcharged. Next time i'll buy my 12$+ drinks across road at circle K where they'd be happy to give me a bag....is this policy ornew owners cutting corners and penny pinching? Read more
Worst sub I ever had from a Subway..food looked like it had been there a week..very unclean..think it is very rude for 3 workers... to speak a foreign language in front of the customers.. Read more
Ordered 2 subs took 15 minutes. Awful service. Made multiple mistakes and refused to fix some of them. Do not recommend.
Tthey dont update their ey on their website it says closes at 11:30pm but we went and they were closed at 10:30@!
Awful experience, ordered a Chicken Pizziola sub with double meat 1. They didn't put the double meat on until I asked a 3rd... time, and they still didnt put the double pepperoni [ So I paid for half of what I asked for] 2. The chicken was kept in a poolof water, so my bread is soggy and inedible 3. Did not remember to put the pizza sauce on the sub 4. Did not remember to put thecheese on the sub 5. Asked for salt and pepper, the salt was empty and they didnt bother to go get more 6. Because the bread wassoggy, none of the fillings can stay inside of the bread Was so bad that I went out of my way to create an account to postthis. Will not be going back. Read more

I usually have good service here and the food is good. I gave it one star because the day shift employee always wears his mask... under the nose. This shows no respect or care for the customers and is against guidance from health officials. If he can't weara mask properly, what else is he cutting corners on? I will not return any time soon. Awful experience tonight. Small portions on subs and my one sub was not cut in half. Flat bread was stale. Staff not very... friendly. Also, not on the store but since when do you have to pay $0.10 for the small bags you get to carry your meal out in. Read more
