Ordered a medium pizza and stuffed cheesy bread and the pizza was great but as I was eating the cheesy bread came across a... rounded plastic object which looked like when you cut off the tip of a caulking tube. My wings went to waste as did $23 + Tax of my money because they forgot to put the side sauce for my wings with the order.... Normally I have no problems with my local Toppers in The Soo but here in Timmins Ontario on a visit is a different story. DoubtI'm getting any kind of compensation. I have been trying to get ahold of the store for 2 days and no answers. Weather it be email or call and no one has the decency... to respond in any form. I ordered 2 pizzas 1 regular and 1 lactose free as there is a bad dairy allergy and we even put it inthe note. I had suffered a severe allergic reaction and was just trying to get an ingredient list as to what was on the lactosefree pizza and I couldn?t find it online. This is for medical reasons to give to a doctor and no one can pick up a phone to callback or email me a list. Thanks toppers, worst experience by far! Read more
We were extremely pleased with our order yesterday. The service (by phone or at the pick up counter) was excellent and their... estimated time was right on even though super busy at suppertime!! The pizzas are the best..the only problem, we underestimatedthe number of pizzas needed and could have ordered one more!!! Thank you for your excellent service!! Read more
This pizza place is really awesome. I?m lost for words with the service I received. For a pizza place the staff was amazing... super fast and super polite, I did not just feel like another customer, But I still felt like my time was valued. The cheese blend with the cheddar in it gives these guys a leg up on the competition! I really enjoyed this pizza!!!
Must have been a bad day. Each part of this is worse than any toppers I?ve been to. The breadsticks were so bad with almost no... garlic on them. They forgot a second dip also. Bad experience for sure Read more
It would be nice if the people would put muscles into it and cut that pizza in half like they're supposed to
