Went into Wendy?s at 7:11pm only to find out that it was only open for drive through even though they advertise on google... they?re open until 11pm and, 12am for drive through. This really sucked please do better. It wasn?t even busy at all. Read more

Awesome interaction, very polite staff. Food was great. Only hitch is dont order a customized item (I.e. a baconator no ketchup)... at a late hour. I've found 2 out of 3 times they'll just give it to you stock. (How it comes on the menu). Overall a very goodfastfood chain. Will definitely be eating there again. Read more

I had a issue about a month ago that left me not really wanting to return, it was the first time in years if attending the... Timmins location that I ever had an issue with the service, I went through the steps of leaving feedback through the online formon the website and hadn?t received a response. Decided to give the restaurant another shot about a month later and again facedanother issue with the same staff as previously. This time I called the issue directly to inquire about how this issue could behandled and I spoke with Joanne she was helpful and attentive and reassured me that she would communicate with her staff aboutthe importance of the issue as well as properly preparing the menu items. I would was skeptical about attending this locationagain after the first issue even though I?ve been a longtime customer for years and today I was concerned again but gave it ashot, todays issue was lesser than the initial issues but still frustrating. I decided to call the restaurant and I am verypleased with the customer service I received upon talking to Joanne I am very happy that she is attending to the issue and nolonger feel skeptical about attending this location in the future as I now know that I can reach a knowledgeable attentive staffperson if there is any concern or issue with service in the future. Nailed it! Visited on a Friday afternoon, and arrived quite hungry. Proceeded to order a Dave's Triple with cheese and bacon... from a very friendly staff. They were helpful and took my order with a smile. Moments later received a hot and very deliciouslyperfect burger with a diet Cola to drink. And I must say, wow! Probably the best Wendy's I've had. Big two thumbs up the themanagement and team at this Wendy's. I most certainly will be back! ???? Read more
