I love Royal farms but I really had a bad experience at this location. I ordered the 50 fries off the rewards. The lady gave me... them on a sandwich platter which was EXTREMELY HOT on the bottom I could barely hold it. The I bought cheese and I looking onthe container and let her know that it wasn?t enough. She said it?s only 8oz. So after we went back and forth about if that was8oz. She with an attitude gave me 2 small cups (which I felt wasn?t 4 oz) but at this point her costumer service was trash and Iwas annoyed. She could have been a little nicer. But I just bought another cheese. I could/ should have talked to the manager.That lady was so different from the lady at night who has EXCELLENT Service. The older day time lady should really be retrainedon how to talk to people. And not give someone hot food on a plastic sandwich tray. Read more
This new location of Royal farms is probably the best one I've been to in years, if not ever. Their gas prices are in line with... most places and if you sign up for their little rewards club which just takes a couple of minutes, it might make them thecheapest place around. There's never a line at the pump and unlike the 7-Eleven up the street on Beaver Dam Road, the gas comesout lightning fast and you're done your fill up ASAP. The staff inside is nice and there are always tons of snacks and thecoffee has been fresh each of the 3 times I've gotten it. Read more
This station sells 88 octane 15% ethanol for $.05 cheaper than the standard 87 octane 10%. I don?t have a problem with this at... all, since for most cars that take 87 this is fine. But on the 88 octane 15% ethanol sign it says ?better fuel economy?. Thisis blatant false advertising. You will either get the same gas mileage or slightly worse with 15% ethanol compared to thestandard 10%. Read more
Your cashier frank 12/19/21 at 938pm I was here and he was not pleasant and acted like everything irritated him. Not friendly... and extremely rude. And make sure you always check the milk for coffee. All 3 containers of whole milk were spoiled and smelledlike it. Read more
This location is the best. Brand new fresh and clean. Love the self check out to. Everything is always in stock and it?s clean.... And I just want to say the staff is amazing the first time I went in there and I was having trouble with the lottery machine anda guy came over and helped me. Every time I do self check out somebody comes up as me how I?m doing and if I need any help. Wealso got fried chicken meal and it was fresh and tasty delicious. This is a really great location and they are so lucky to havesuch an amazing staff. I?m a regular here now. Read more
