Clean restaurant with all the expected menu items. Service was friendly, efficient, and my order was accurate. My Giant Roast... Beef sandwich (½ pound) was moist and delicious. Didn't check the restroom, but from the condition of the rest of the place,it's probably also impeccably clean. Read more
Great fresh sandwiches with fresh cut tomatoes and lettuce. Turkey was my choice and it was tasty. This Arby's is not as busy... as it used to be due to cost increases due to unfavorable minimum wage increases. No business survives with double the cost ofemployees over a two year period. Read more
Counter worker was very nice but they gave me the wrong shake. I didnt return because of distance and the shake they gave me... (vanilla) tasted good. I was more disappointed than unhappy. Other than that, the Tinley location does a good job. The personwho took my order was excellent. Read more
Weekday staff is superb. Weekend staff not so much and they can be rude. I asked to sub Mayo for tartar on a fish sandwich... (which I've done dozens of times during the week). The weekday crew is professional and does it. The young weekend kids saythey don't have mayo and can't do it and then get extremely rude when I explain to them they do have mayo. They just say tharMayo isnt an optoon at Arby's snd then berate me. I just go to Wendy's up the street if the weekday daytime crew isn't there onthe weekends. I don't need to be yelled at for asking for Mayo. Kudos though to all the weekday daytime staff - ya'llunderstand customer service. Read more
Although they had a sign on the highway showing "two roast beef for $6", there was no promotions signs on the windows, walls,... or wall menu showing any type of promotion. This had to be on purpose. A bit underhanded in my mind... Roast beef was itsusual tasty self. Dinged one star for the (lack of) signage. Read more
Thought I'd try the buffalo chicken wrap. Big mistake! Too much buffalo sauce, which was a huge messy experience. So spicy I... couldn't taste the the chicken! I'll stick to what you're known for - roast beef !! Bring back the potato cakes, too. Read more
