Never had a problem with the food or service here, until tonight. My boyfriend ordered ahead for a large pizza and cheese... sticks. He gets there, and the ticket machine was down.. we understand that things like this happen(happens at my place of worktoo) that wasn?t the issue. The issue was the woman at the counter who couldn?t give an ETA on the food, then she said about20-30 minutes. He sat out in the parking lot for a little OVER AN HOUR waiting. When he finally went in to check what was goingon. The same woman went ?oh yeah, it?s ready? like come on.. When he got home with the pizza, it was a mess. It looked likesomeone just stuffed the large pizza in a box that was too small and said good enough. Just a mess overall.. Again, never had abad experience here until tonight. The taste was okay. Horrible experience!! After waiting for 10 minutes, my family and I were told they were closed. It was 8 o'clock, on a Saturday... night and the hours on the door stated that they closed at 11pm. There were other people inside eating, and when asked what timethey closed( just for clarification), we were told they were not open. We were extremely confused. Wanted to try, but will neverreturn or patronize any other locations!! Replying to your very rude comment: A sign on the door stating that, would be nicerand a lot quicker!! Can't believe you are the "owner" replying to customers like this. I see why you have staffing problems. Ifyou treat customers like this, I can only imagine how you treat your staff!! Read more

I have been going to this location since I was a kid in Tinley. I personally think it's one of the best pizzas you can get not... only in the south suburbs but anywhere pizza can be bought. Its always fresh and delicious. I wish they would bring the lunchbuffet back as that was great to go to any day during the week. I will continue to order from here regularly as long as I'm inthe area. Read more

I wanted pizza & Hulu originals for my Saturday evening. I decided to try Aurelios for the first time. First and foremost, very... pricey compared to other establishments in the area. I ordered the thin, cheese & sausage; the meats were packed on, which was aplus. The sauce was too sweet. The overall pizza, very greasy. Looks like 2 different types if cheeses used, not too bad. Decentcuts/proportions. Nothing to phone home about. Ive tried it and that will be all. Read more
