I don't like how this restaurant smelled a little dirty to me, but I did like how they had my order ready that I ordered online.... Other Buffalo Wild Wings locations that I've been to had me waiting 30 minutes for my online order that I made over an hour ago.I know that this restaurant is very slow with making their food, which is why I decided to order over an hour before I evenbegan driving toward the restaurant, and I still ended up waiting 30 minutes more for them to finish making my food. Vibe there was not good for Monday Night Football. Not sure if the young lady at the ?to go? counter is also the hostess that... seats you. But she came over to seat us after waiting on someone for a ?to go? order. She didn?t seem friendly and no eyecontact didn?t smile. Not sure what her problem was but she doesn?t need to be working the front of the house with that stankattitude. I definitely won?t be back. Let?s not get on the food. Great outdoor seating area. Went with friends and both our toddlers had were able to enjoy too. Waitress was great, not too... annoying but checked on us perfect. Got our food fresh and in good timing. Read more
Just walked to the car so excited to eat my spicy garlic wings, looked in the bag and it wasn't even one napkin in the bag. Had... to go all the way back in to ask for something that should have automatically came in the bag. Guess I have to go to theFrankfort location now. Read more
If I could give 0 stars, I definitely would. Starting from the minute we walked in the door; It took 3 people to figure out... where to seat us. We finally got sat & the hostess rushed through her speech so fast while seating us that we had no idea whatshe said. When our server finally came to take our order, she wrote absolutely nothing down (and had to come back & ask us torepeat part of our order) & when we got our food, there were multiple errors. My sandwich was supposed to have cheese, nocheese. My boyfriend ordered fries, got no fries. We ordered an appetizer; it never showed up. We had to ask for silverware,there was none on the table or given to us when we sat down. We also never received napkins without asking. Our server did comeover & apologize for my sandwich being incorrect, although she had a snarky attitude. She said they were making me a newsandwich & it?d be right out? we waited at least 15-20 minutes & while the new sandwich was correct, the tater tots they gave mewe?re crumbled & looked like they?d been scraped from the bottom of the pan (photo included). All of the servers, not just ours,seemed to have no cares or sense of urgency. I think one of the managers was the one who originally delivered our food & evenshe seemed to have an attitude & not care. I was traveling and staying at the hotel across the street, and stopped in for a quick bite to eat. I am a huge fan of Cobb... salads And I know everyone has a different take on how they prepare theirs and I have to say I was very impressed with what Ireceived. A very nice presentation, fresh and very tasty. I also want to acknowledge the great service that I had from Ashley.I requested an iced tea and while I am a sweet tea fan, I recognize that that is not popular in the North, so I simply asked foran ice tea. Ashley asked if I would like sweetener and I requested sugar. She said that she didn't have any. However, she couldget me some liquid sugar and I said Oh do you have simple syrup behind the bar and she said yes and she was kind enough to bringme some simple syrup to mix with my tea. Read more
