A year ago, I posted about this location and how great it was. A year later, brown lettuce at 715pm with no fresh lettuce for... the rest of the night. Terrible customer service from the young lady with the nose ring and green hair because I asked politelywere the chips fresh. Sarcastic response and eye rolling like I was inconveniencing her. The food was decent for fast food. I liked that I could have a "bread free" meal and have lots of vegetables in a flavorful... dish. I always have the burrito bowl with no rice. I love the spicy salsa too. You can double the meat for extra protein andthere is a plant based option (I haven't tried). You can order and pay ahead, pay online and then grab your bag from the shelfnear the cashier. Very convenient and fast! Read more

Food was meh. Typical chipotle. The dissatisfaction comes from the app having me specify whose burrito is who?s in the app but... the person making the burritos was too lazy to translate the names to the specific burritos. No markings at all, so we had totake them apart to figure out whose burrito was whose. If your app is going to ask us to specify, please transfer said names tothe foil when there are multiple items that otherwise look exactly the same, but have very different contents. Read more

This location is extremely unreliable. ? temporary closed? as they please. There?s people inside eating but yet they?re closed.... You can order to pick up but you can?t go inside and eat. Doesn?t make sense when there?s already people in there eating. I?vecome to this location more times than I can keep track of with a closed sign during business hours. Go elsewhere. Placed a pickup order of 4 bowls with large chips and guac. Paid $62 for everything, the food was prepared on time when we... arrived and the worker handed us the bag and told us everything's in there. Shame on us for not checking. There was an entirebowl missing that we had to come back for. We had to wait in store while they made it for us, got home to find they didn't evenmake it as we ordered, it was missing sour cream. No biggie, however the guac during this experience was horrible. It lookedold, and had near frozen solid, giant chunks and pieces of avocado as well as stems inside of it. The guac did not taste goodeither like it usually does, and their chips had no flavor at all. This location needs to close honestly, it has progressivelygotten worse and worse over the years. Went into place my order of 3 chicken tacos and 2 steak bowls to go. After I arrived home very disappointed after beginning... eating steak was great as usual and salsa fresh but the lettuce was gross wilted and brown same with tacos and also left half ofthe pit of avocado in my taco with guacamole almost broke my tooth when biting into taco. What happened to your Chipotle thistime and when serving they were to fast wanting to put toppings on not asked for, not listening. Visited on 3-19-22 atTinleypark store at 2:54pm. Good food, Relatively high-priced, but HORRIBLE BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE, which is the ONE thing that should be easy to get... right, especially now, during a pandemic. Save yourself some frustration, save your money, efforts, time & the fuss. Customersare NOT their priority. Period. Front line gets order wrong. The manager & general manager aren?t able to right a wrong order.So, trust me when I say, just skip this location entirely. Save your time, your gas, your money, & don?t even bother. It?s notworth the disappointment. BOTTOM LINE: This is both what you lost & the review that you gained. Lost: a customer who waswilling to spend $60/week on lunch at your company. Id have accepted any version of, ?Things happen & how can we make thisright.? It?s not that hard to get quality customer service ?right.? Visited this location a little before closing, and normally, experiences with chipotle before they close are horrible. But not... this location. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the store was clean of course, they still had food and were not stingywith the portions. It's hard to locate the store at night if you do not know exactly where it is, it's in the same building asmattress firm. ADA accessible. Food was delicious and I was given a very generous portion.
