I have been a customer at Darla's in Tinley Park for years!! Manager Deb, ALL the workers past and present have ALWAYS made me... feel like home! Many of the WINNING photos shown have been from me, so the PLAY can be fantastic! The FOOD is absolutelyAMAZING! There is nothing I haven't loved!! Do not ever eat at this place. Very unprofessional. supervisor talks about customers. One of my colleagues purchased a dry... sandwich, she learned when she opened the sandwich it had dressing on it. She asked me to take a look, I did and noted thedressing on the sandwich and called back. She was told this did not happen. My colleague oveerheard the conversation between thesandwich maker and manager who said to. her employee, "She's entitled!" Very unprofessional of this Darla manager. Whenconfronted she told the customer NEVER come in that store again. She could have simply stated, let me examine the sandwich andeither refunded the money or given her a new sandwich. Read more

This place gets a 5-star rating just cause my grandma absolutely loves the place! It is a nice spot with lots of room in the... dining area to eat and lounge around while your loved ones blow money on slot games. But hey, if you gotta gamble much better ata place like this than a dingy and depressing casino. Read more
