We ordered the Italian beef which wasn?t the the same meat you get from Portillos it was more like sliced beef you get at a... wedding reception disgusting my kids got sick and couldn?t eat it. Gyrolls the meat looked like animal food minced up in a eggroll shell. Never again would I order from this place. The girls were crinkle and cold i should?ve known this place was gonna belike this when it was no customers in sight. The chicken kabobs is that even real chicken. I just wish I could say somethinggood but I just can?t. Read more

I used to love this place, but they have become so stingy with their portions. I am lucky if I find a whole olive in my side... ?Greek? salad, and it usually comes with a hollowed out 1/4 slice of a cucumber and barely a piece of tomato or any cheese.Their pork on the skewers is cut much thinner now, too. I want to give them another chance, but their prices are a bit high tojustify it. Read more

Dark and cold would be a good way to describe the ambience inside, lights were very dingy, it was a little chilly inside. The... food was good, I had the chicken bowl, there could?ve been a little more chicken and less salad but that?s OK. The Gyros weren?texactly hot they were warm, but tasted good. The french fries were good the price was the same as any other. There was nothingcompelling enough to make me want to go back again, there are others that are similar to this establishment. The service wasdecent, we didn?t know how to get utensils to eat, we had to go to the front and ask. I also asked for salt and pepper and theybrought them out in little plastic shot glasses, rather than salt and pepper shakers. A little unorganized in my opinion. Read more

This place was overall very good. The filet was well-cooked a quite great and the rice had a sweet tangy lemon zing that really... made it special. Lots of onions, but it?s always good to have extra. The only complaint I have is the soup was almost cold, like it was just warmed up in the microwave. This is my second time at this location and the first time I went the only problemI had was they gave me way too many fries. Other than that the food is a: 3/5 And service is: 5/5 Would recommend. The BBQgyro I got the first time was truly something special. Never had that combination of things together before and it wasinterestingly pleasant. Read more

It was the first time my wife and I came to the Gyro grill and let me tell you we were not disappointed. She got the regular... gyro plate and I got the gyro bowl witch are both delicious and portions were great for the money. Witch for 2 people wasn?tcrazy expensive. We did eat inside and they are following all Covid guidelines. We will return. Read more

Travelling from Cincinnati to Chicago, my wife and I got off the crowded interstate to travel the "backroads." Well, not... really, but we did get off I-65 to avoid a huge traffic delay and stumbled across Gyro Grill in Tinley Park. I ordered a gyrowith Greek potatoes and my wife a shrimp bowl. The Owner greeted us like family, the food was delicious like homemade and theportions very generous. Highly recommended. Read more
