In March of 2021 my boyfriend and I celebrated 1 year of living in Tinley Park and decided to go to Isabella's in order to... support small businesses. The wine was incredible as were the lobster raviolis in the lemon cream sauce. My boyfriend enjoyedhis rigatoni with braised Italian sausage as well. Our entrees were hot and the service was great. We were served warm breadand butter before our entrees. We enjoyed the ambiance and we were able to be seated right away as we dined during St.Patrick'sday weekend (Saturday). This place used to be so good and it is so sad that it no longer holds itself up to the same standards. About 8 years ago this... was one of the best Italian joints in Illinois. I went here with my wife recently and the food and drinks were really reallybad. The salad was loaded with dressing to the point of almost being soup. My spaghetti and meatballs were flavorless and gross.I literally would rather eat aldis boxed pasta and jarred sauce any day. There was also a plastic piece in my meatball from themeat packaging used when mixing the meat in the kitchen. Complete waste of money and terrible experience. The food is not good.Drinks were poorly mixed with cheap booze. Will never go back. I want my favorite Italian joint back! New owners? Read more

Went to this place for the first time but never again. We got a soda a piece. We were charged 3.25 each for cans of soda (with... refills that is over 13.00). No one said adding cheese to a salad was going to be 2 dollars extra. Another hidden fee. Myhusband asked for blue cheese dressing. He got blue cheese crumbles with a vinaigrette dressing abs the hidden 2 dollar fee.Then the main course came. As you can see by the picture, this is a 20 dollar bowl of gnocchi with a creamed tomato soup (theCampbell?s soup flavoring is strong) which they mixed with spaghetti sauce. I reviewed their menu online and placed my order over the phone. The first issue I had was a pretty large discrepancy in their... online menu vs their current pricing. Online my total for two meals was about $46. When I actuality placed my order it was $78.When that concern was brought up, it was essentially dismissed stating the pricing online was several years old. I ordered the16oz grilled Ribeye and the stuffed chicken. The chicken was fine and cooked well. The ribeye however was not. It was suppose tobe medium well but it was definitely over cooked and charred. When we called to complain, they offered to remake the order, butI was not inclined to drive back to pickup a replacement. No apology was offered or any alternate resolution. Not a greatexperience. The place itself is wonderfully decorated and has a very nice and romantic feel, however my customer experience didnot match the visual ambiance. Read more
