I ordered through the app at 9:00 AM and app said pizza would be ready at 11:00 to 11:05 Got there and they were not open which... says they open at 11:00AM Sat there 1/2 hour And never seen anyone. Was not able to pick up my food. Ate elsewhere and now haveto fight for refund. I waited on hold for customer service now for 15 minutes. They don't even answer! Read more
Absolutely horrible service. I ordered online and arrived ~30 min later. When I went into the store there was nobody behind the... counter. I could hear people in the kitchen talking so I just waited. A few other customers walked in and still nobody came tothe counter. After about 15 min I finally started calling out to the workers in the back, but still nobody came to the counter.After about 20min someone finally came to the counter, asked for my name, and told me it would be a few minutes. After another15min I finally got my food. During this time I estimate that about 5 customers came in and left because nobody was behind thecounter. Read more
Order was made wrong. Also didn't have a couple things in stock but didn't bother to tell me. Rude staff and I was nothing but... polite. Wouldn't answer the phone so that could get my pizza remade. Immediately hung up on the first time I called and thesecond time they just didn't answer and after 10 minutes I gave up. I'll take my money elsewhere. This place and the staff cankick rocks. Horrible experience with this store. They blame doordash for the missing items. I have no issue with doordash for other... restaurants. But Little Caesars on Harlem Ave in Tinley Park is horrible. They also make it difficult to get your money back. They claimed food is packed in a bag, but my food was NOT packed in a bag. So what else is this store not saying correctly? The assistant Manager Will was not helpful and blamed their Manager Amanda who was on leave for not being able to assist me withmy refund. This is the last time I am ordering from this store location. Untruthful employees work here. Read more
This place is ridiculous. I ordered 3 pizzas on 5/6/22 and it took 2 hours for my order to be ready. UNACCEPTABLE? there were... 2 employees working there and pizza were being made 1 every 15 mins. Pizza warners were empty. This store should close down ifyou don?t have enough workers to provide customer service. Read more
Ordered a Deep dish online an hour before picking up, I get there and it's packed with people waiting for their orders. Mine is... not ready as well and there was no one attending the counter. I finally get my pizza and head home but what I discovered wascertainly not what I ordered! Looks like they took any cheese pizza they had and stuffed it in the box. Understaffed waited 25 minutes for pizza portal after the promised time just to be told they were out of deep dish and was given... a cold pepperoni pizza it wasn?t even in the heater. Employees were pleasant even though they?re were overwhelmed . Read more
