The staff was attentive. The atmosphere was very pleasant with the retro modern styling of the decor. Nice pleasant experience.... My one recommendation is have cleaner restrooms. There needs to be hourly cleanings of fast food bathrooms. I have walked intothe bathrooms of many restaraunts and after seeing how bad that they were I left. Many other people are like this. We tend touse that as a measure of how clean the food prep areas are, fair or not fair. Anywho, I do enjoy this pleasant littleMcDonald's. Read more
Super friendly staff. I went there around midnight two days ago and everyone was still super up beat and nice for it being so... late. I had to wait a few extra minutes for my cookies which is totally okay and understandable because I got the tote and theygave me extra for being so understanding! Rude staff, pulled up just to get a cup of coffee late at night and the drive through speaker didnt appear to be working after... waiting and saying hello a few times. So I pulled up to the window and the lady told me I needed to be patient after I waitedlike 5mins and overheard another staff say she couldn't take all the orders because she was working both drive throughs.Needless to say, she slammed the window close when I told she doesn't get to tell me to be patient instead of apologizing. I ordered a double quarter pounder with nothing but pickles on it. I thought that wasn?t so complicated but apprently not... because they put cheese on it. I realized the cheese and went back to order again and I said NO CHEESE. I get home expectingthere?s no way they put cheese. These mfs put cheese again. I drive back angrily and calmly speak to the manager that my orderwas wrong again. This lady yells at me telling me to give back the previous two orders for some reason? They finally give me thetwo quarter pounders but then they forgot the fries this time ????. September 10th around 6 pm. Latina girl was extremely rude to us and rudely told us to go. Was just trying to get my code to... work for our $1 fries and dropped our $dollar bills when giving her the fry money. This McDonald's has been going down hill forsome time. Not happy. I run a drive thru and we never speak to our paying customers like that. Read more
Horrible experience. Repeated order 3 times at speaker, three times at first window. 2nd window received incorrect drink. Got... attitude by both employees at that window. Got told to pull up for food. Tried giving me wrong order. Then I said I no longerwanted food and to give refund. Manager gave refund but was incorrect anount. Read more
When the place isn't backed up with the drive-thru, very professional staff and very fast food thats always hot.
