This restaurant used to be good. Idk what happened to it. The app never works right. Log in is a nightmare. Ordered online for a... later pick up. It was ready, but when I got home, there was no silverware to eat with. The online ordering asked me if I neededit after every item I chose and I said yes, but it wasn't there. My grilled chicken ceasar salad was not up to par. Instead ofthe normal romaine lettuce, I got mixed greens, tiny croutons (I remember them being big) and a tiny portion of chicken. I didnot finish it because it didn't taste good. It reminded me of weeds from the parking lot. A $12 salad should be good imo. The last time I had Noodles & Company was probably 10 years ago. I have been meaning to go back for years now as I remember it... being really good back then. So tonight was the night I was going to finally get it. I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs andthe Wisconsin mac and cheese. I placed a pick up order that was to be ready at 8:07 pm. I went in at 8:08 pm and it was readyas it was supposed to be and that was great. I drove home which is about 10 minutes away and sat down to eat. Wow was Iseverely disappointed. The quality of food was terrible and not what I remembered from my one other time there. On top of thatthe Mac And Cheese was room temperature. Safe to say I will not be going back a third time and half of the food went in thetrash. Read more
I think it has improved over the years but the food is...very expensive for what it is. A decent place to eat but expect to... spend Chiptole amounts for just noodle dishes. Don't forget about a drink! Read more
