Tried regular, hazelnut, and decaf coffees and all of them were just barely warm. I ate for a while and tried again a half hour... later. Nothing had been replaced with anything hotter. Had to resort to hot tea. So much for Panera?s famed good coffee. Foodwas good though. Read more
The chicken sandwiches are good but very small. The salad with strawberries and oranges is wonderful, but sadly seasonal.
This location seems to have gone downhill over the past few months. Every time I've ordered recently something has either been... missing from my order or was made incorrectly. I've ordered salads that have come without dressing, missing key ingredients,greens that don't look very fresh, etc. If I'm paying $15 for half a salad and half a sandwich, it should be made correctly andcome with all the ingredients. It's really unfortunate because I enjoy Panera for an easy quick healthier lunch - but I'm notsure I'll be ordering from this location in the future. I can get a salad at Wendy's or McDonald's that at least is madecorrectly, for half the price. Read more
I went through the drive-through today around 130 and all I want to say is the service was impeccable! Friendly, accurate and... very personable and the food wasn?t bad either lol? From the girl that took my order, to the guy that handed it to me. Goodservice is difficult to find anymore, so unfortunately I almost expect bad service..so I was pleasantly surprised andappreciative!!! Read more

If I could rate this below one star, I would. My family and I order from this restaurant all the time and this restaurant... consistently gets it wrong. Not only is this sandwich atrocious, but there was a $5 latte that was missing from our order too.Our food also came cold. The only good thing about this location is the managers. The person who took our order was very pleasant but we were quite disappointed to see how little chicken salad was on our Napa... Almond Chicken Salad sandwich when we got home. We tried calling to let them know about the issue but no one picked up. Pleasedwith the quick service though. Read more
I LOVE Their Blueberry Scone's they are buttery, just sweet enough and full of blueberries. The only thing that'll make it... better is if they warmed it up when you order through the drive thru. Read more
