Honestly the employees were the sweetest workers I've encountered. I went inside because the drive-thru is always so long, and... just wanted a regular black coffee. He was so apologetic for having to make a fresh brew. No apologies necessary, thank you somuch! Read more
I'm not sure what's going on but I noticed that they no longer prepare Frappuccinos via the blender anymore. Instead, I see them... using a fancy big box-like machine. It doesn't taste the same since they implemented that change. The dark chocolate grahamcookies are a hot item and they run out fast. Just not sure why they don't order more of those by the bulk. Definitely not a fanof the new remodeled look. All starbucks are doing the same and it lacks that cozy relaxing feel. Btw, this review is for allthe Starbucks locations. I issued 4 stars because working at a coffee shop is not easy these days and anyone who works thereshould be paid at least 18 bucks or more per hour. Read more
The staff is not friendly and the drinks I ordered weren't made very well. I have this particular Starbucks a great rating 5... years ago however people and stores apparently change. I was not happy with the service or the product. Read more
