I'm not sure what's going on but I noticed that they no longer prepare Frappuccinos via the blender anymore. Instead, I see them... using a fancy big box-like machine. It doesn't taste the same since they implemented that change. The dark chocolate grahamcookies are a hot item and they run out fast. Just not sure why they don't order more of those by the bulk. Definitely not a fanof the new remodeled look. All starbucks are doing the same and it lacks that cozy relaxing feel. Btw, this review is for allthe Starbucks locations. I issued 4 stars because working at a coffee shop is not easy these days and anyone who works thereshould be paid at least 18 bucks or more per hour. Read more
The staff is not friendly and the drinks I ordered weren't made very well. I have this particular Starbucks a great rating 5... years ago however people and stores apparently change. I was not happy with the service or the product. Read more

If I could give this location a negative 5, I would. I visited the drive thur and ordered my favorite vanilla ice coffee with... cold form. I presided to order a cookie for my son and myself, clerk told me she could not warm it up and that I could put it onmy dashboard for it to warm up, not cool. When I drove up, the clerk was horrible and above it my drink was wrong. I drovearound and came into the location to get my drink fixed but the clerks inside where the worst. One was upset and slamming thingsaround and the clerk that was taking care of me was upset and had a horrible attitude. Needless to say I will not be visitingthis location. Read more
Drinks fine, prices getting way too high at Starbucks. Staff at this location are pretty indifferent not really welcoming like... other stores I've been to. The worst part is that they had the heat cranked up so high in here there was no way to sit inside. The outdoor tables are right next to parking spots so it feels like you are going to get hit when a car pulls in and besides itwas too cool and windy to really enjoy meeting a friend over coffee outside. I am a customer at this place since 2 years. People who work here at this location are so nice. I always get my order in the... best way. Yesterday I replaced an order in my way to work. For the first time my order wasn?t good at all. I decide I will letgo of it and just have fun and MoveOn. Today I will place the order there in the morning and then went to pick it up. My almondcroissant wasn?t heated. I went back to ask them to heated. The worker got mad. She told me that the croissant was heatedalready but it got cold. She was talking to me in a bad attitude. She didn?t apology even when I was so nice to her. I want tomy car and I just figured out that my turkey bacon sandwiches doesn?t have turkey bacon in it. The bread pieces was twodifferent size. One of them are so small as you see in the picture. I went back and they ask them if that?s normal , She saidyes this is normal. She said that the turkey bacon in there but she didn?t even look. I ask for the manager and sadly she saidshe is the manager. I left my order on the table and i left the store hoping that she will never talk to anyone else in thisway. I love this place and I really hope that you guys can to someone else to manage this place. Starbucks customers deservebetter service Than this way . There's nothing fancy about this location and it's rather small compared to other Starbucks but I will say this... The entire... staff were very courteous and our drinks were made exactly the way we ordered them, delicious. I will definitely return whenI'm in the area. Read more
