Food was good, but no real service to speak of. You order at a kiosk, then go pick up your food when it is done. I had to ask... multiple times for some things. But at least the food was very good. Read more

Place was gross. They told us to wait in front of the restaurant for our order. It never came, an employee walking in told us... our order would be right out but they never brought it out. I went in angry after I got tired of waiting. The same employee thattold us our order was coming acted like she didn?t just saw us waiting and pretended like she didn?t know what was up. Theytried to give me a refund but they refunded the wrong card. They also tried to give me free food for to make up for it , but Icould not eat it after what I saw while I waited there. The girl cooking the burgers had slippers on with no socks, barefootcooking food!. She proceeded to put more burgers the grill with a meat fork the same fork she was using to tap the screen to seethe order then back to touching the burgers with it. I can guarantee the tv screen never gets cleans as I could see the layer ofgrease on it. Never going back there again. Read more
The restaurant was clean and service was timely, considering we had a all group of 5. Our orders were correctly done and we had... no complaints. Their shakes are delicious as well as their burgers. The menu is very limited, but for those who don't care fora lot of variety, this is the place for you. Steakburgers is what they do. Read more
I am so glad this Steak and Shake was good. The food was fixed just right and the only thing I didn't like was some food option... were not on the menu. They didn't have the chicken strips or macaroni and cheese at this location. Other than that everythingwas good Read more
Asanti was shift manager, she was so helpful and patient as we tried using the kiosk and we messed up and she literally just... stepped right up to help us out. We received the type of service that was outstanding, haven't had such a nice friendly servicelike that in awhile at a fast food establishment. We dined in and everything tasted fresh and the milkshake was perfect. Itdefinitely hit the spot. Thanks again for the great friendly service. Read more
The staff are nice, professional, and helpful. I really like the fact that we take our orders. The food was appealing,... flavorful, and enjoyable. The only down side was the tables because they didn't clean them. I defiantly understand that whenit's busy there's not a lot of time to do that, but it would be more appealing to eat on a clean table. Read more
Got 2 milkshakes and 2 double cheese burgers. The burgers were made all types of wrong, they messed it up. No pickle, no mayo,... no ketchup. Only old rotten lettuce and onions. The burgers were made so thin that it would take 3 of them to make a real pattyon a McDonald's burger. They hide the lack of quality with excessive salt. The milkshake was very good though. We won't be back.Not worth it with all the other choices out there. Manager was nice but food was a serious let down. Read more
