Don't bother ordering online for pickup or delivery. Just went in for a pickup order after having previous delivery issues, and... didn't realize I needed a code to confirm my order, even after providing my name. I offered to show my credit card, and theworker seemed annoyed. I understand this is to prevent theft, but if staff is going to be rude about it, just don't offer theservice and such to in store orders only. Previous experience: I ordered delivery through the website and didn't receive mychips. Paying $15 for one sandwich I wasn't happy that I'd have to either forgo the chips I paid for, or drive somewhere that Ipaid for delivery from. I called the store and the worker proceeded to argue that they don't offer delivery, after we gotthrough the semantics of door dash doing the delivery, they still couldn't find my order, so I had to drive back with my receiptto get my chips. I really don't like complaining, I understand many places are short staffed, but paying that much for fast foodwhich was not even put together well and then having staff argue about the services they offer was really upsetting especiallybecause the whole reason I ordered delivery was that I wasn't feeling well. The owners were seen emptying out the tip jar and stealing half of the tips. It?s all young high schoolers who work there. Those... tips don?t belong to them. That?s stealing! Read more

I was just in today with my daughter terrible expierence we came in today July 12th at around 12 30 they have a incompetent... worker whether he?s slow or not listening he was a young chubby boy in his 20s can?t get get the order right we kept repeatingit five times They wouldn?t honor the free sandwich advertised on the door. He says we?re out of sandwiches how can they makemore then makes no sense lazy and rude. The lost a good customer for years we?ve been coming here . Not to mention the sloppysandwich made and it was and rushly made with old lettuce and not good customer service it was a poor expierence today. This Subway has become awful over the past 6 months. The workers don't care and the food has become sub par. I will drive to... other locations farther away just to avoid this location. They better get it together or they are gonna lose business left andright. Read more
