We stopped here to grab something to eat real quick as we were passing through. We were greeted with "there's about a 15 min... wait." There's people waiting. Fine. Well, they had the drive through closed and were telling them to order inside. There werealso at least 5 people working. We waited 20+ minutes. Finally got our food. One of the bean burritos we ordered came withcheese and onion only. Seriously. No beans. We watched people come in and leave because the greeting was turning into "just soyou know, there's a 20 minute wait." Seriously mind boggling with so many people working and them not taking orders through thedrive through. Convenient that they made sure to take back our receipt so I couldn't fill out the survey. The store manager needs to read some of these reviews, because they either have no idea what's going on when they aren't there,... or they don't care. The food here is terrible, even when they actually have the ingredients to complete your order. They have ahabit of telling you to pull around in the drive thru so that their wait count isn't affected by their poor, slow service. Thislocation is in desperate need of attention from management and an overhaul / retrain of its staff. Read more
Food was good, drive thru was closed do to staffing issues(loss of stars for lazy people not actual business). Woman at register... had no idea where anything was on register, probably new or not trained properly(she had to ask for 3 straight people ordering).If your patient food is still at standards. The workers are dog slow. Might as well be closed! Dont waste your time coming here, especially if you?re on break or doing a... delivery. Otherwise, find a nice movie to watch on your phone while you wait. Taco bell needs to clean up their employees.Theyre pretty ghetto. One girl wasnt even doing anything the 25 minutes i waited. Ordered ahead of time through door dash and came to pick it up and was told my order was given to someone else. Instead of just... remaking the order the person who was helping me in the drive thru told me I would have to cancel it through the app and payagain and then they would remake it. I waited 20 minutes in line to pick it up and with the commute wasted 45 min total tryingto pick up this order. I don't understand why they don't require a receipt to pick up mobile orders. Worst taco?s I ever had. I waited in the drive in for over 15 minutes. After 7 cars in front of us. Placed our order for 6 hard... shell tacos, and two mango drinks??they informed us they are out of mango drinks. So we just ordered the taco?s. After the carin front of us got there order, went to pay. With one person behind us, we were asked to drive forward and wait. I asked why,there is only one car behind us. After two minutes they gave us the order. We went straight home to eat. When we opened theorder, each of the six tacos were smashed flat, soggy and looked like they?ve been sitting for quite some time. I tried callingand their phone system is not set up to talk to customers. Every time I go to this Taco Bell, it is either closed early or there is a extremely long wait time to get your food. For a... company that makes hundreds of millions of dollar, they really have the worst service out of the fast food chains. 4/5 times Ihave been here there has been one person working. They make enough money to hire some more employees. If the problem is that noone wants to work because of low pay, THEN YOU SHOULD GIVE YOUR EMPLOYEES THE PAY THEY DESERVE. I placed my order through the app. I came to the drive-through window and she said they weren't taking orders from the... drive-through and I explained I placed an order through the app and she told me to wait in front. 15 minutes went by still noone, So I checked the app. According to the app my order was done so I swung back to the drive-through And explain this, shesaid the order had just finished to come to the window. I picked up the order buthe person was not very nice seemed then when Ipulled over to check my order the food was cold. Not a very positive experience. Read more
