If I could give zero stars I would. Placed an online order for curbside at 5:52 and was told it would be ready at 6:15. Arrived... to restaurant at 6:20 and they have no record of the order. Very nice young lady comes out to the car to tell me she is going tolook into it and get back to me. 30 minutes go by and I call into the restaurant and then I'm put on hold. I know have to get mytoddler out of his car seat and go into the restaurant to only be met by the manager Josh who tells me he doesn't know whathappened to the order and they are not refunding me my money because I ordered pick up and not curbside. I asked for Josh'sregional managers info and he refused and said I can take any issues up with corporate but he was not providing me with any foodor a refund. Absolutely deplorable! Read more

9/18/22 There was a sign posted that due to staffing issues wait times will be longer. The time we waited was long. But Nate was... our waiter, he was so super friendly checked on us several times as I watched him check on all the other guest. We seen themanager in the back in the kitchen help with food service. The chef was working hard to put out all these different orders. Goodjob team! Read more

Hostess was not very friendly. They have a bad system for seating people Wanted to go to the bar area, right away she says oh... no you can't go in there. Said they were short on a bartenders. Ok not that many people in the bar just people hogging the bar.Why can't we order a drink and stand elsewhere ?? Didn't happen, so we waited to be seated at a table. Server was prettygood once he started working a little. Slow getting food, but it was good. Don't live in that area, so probably won't be backthere for awhile. Read more

Just know that your tip will be 18% whether that's what they deserve or not. Its supposedly a new policy but poster NOWHERE. ... This is something a person should be aware of because how do I owe you more than I owe God?! He only asks for 10%! If youremployees deserve so much then how about you just pay them what they're worth! We had to ask for refills 4x and we had to askfor the check! I should've been the one tipped! And sad part is, I had already planned to give him a nice tip! You cheatedyourself so hope you enjoy! Read more

So my family and I went here yesterday to celebrate my Husband's birthday it wasn't crowded at so we expected good service , NOT... !!!! FIRST OFF THEY DIDN'T EVEN HAVE REAL MENU'S. IT WAS PAPER COPY MENU'S IN BLACK AND WHITE. THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANYTHING MY MOMASKED FOR , CRAZY !!! THEN IT TOOK WAY TO LONG FOR US TO GET OUR FOOD. TERRIBLE SERVICE Read more

What can’t I say about this place. Since living in the south suburbs as a young teenager back in 2009-10 this was the go place... with my friends. Now some 12 years later, I still enjoy this meal. Great service. Nice vibes. Not to mention, the people thatwork there are friendly. Read more

*** update, this last time we went there things have changed quite a bit, the place seems darker and alot less friendly,... alot of memorabilia no longer hanging on the walls. It's like the place grew up and became depressed. The food was OK. Butthe menu has changed and they got rid of my favorites. I used to love going here, but sadly won't be back. **** Seems likeevery time we go, we get the same waitress and she's great, super sweet, always checks to make sure we are doing good. The ribsare always delicious, the parmesan crusted chicken used to be my favorite, but they keep changing it and it gets worse everytime. Won't be getting that again. Drinks are always made great, friendly staff. Waiting for a table can be a hit or miss. Some days you get right in other days, there are long waits. But all in all a great place to eat. The whiskey glaze never fails to disappoint but unfortunately this establishment did. This harrowing experience started with an... online curbside order, or so I thought. After paying online and tipping for curbside service, I waited over 35 minutes after"checking in" online. I called the restaurant and was told curbside service was not available. There were no signs outside whichstated curbside was not available nor any online notifications. After taking my infant out of the car and going in therestaurant to pick up my order, no one acknowledge me. I was finally able to stop someone and ask about my order and to speakwith a manager, at that point the employee pointed out my order which was sitting on a table. I expressed my concerns to themanager whom offered me a free dessert that I declined. Upon getting home I discovered they forgot my lemonade and had to make atrip back to the restaurant and watch the employees stand around and try to figure out who was going to make my lemonade, on myway home from the 2nd trip I thought about the whiskey glaze that should have been on the side with my burgers.
