The food was good we had the philly cheese steak and the loaded tater totts as well as the American style sandwich. This was a pick up order. The woman at the counter was very friendly. The veggie spring rolls were delicious as well as the... spicy sweet sauce it came with. The tomato basil soup was pretty good, and the spicy tuna wrap was really good too except itwasn?t really spicy? Unless I can?t rest taste it haha Read more
We usually get food from Happy Bites but thought we would try their sister store. We got spring rolls and breaded shrimp to... share as 'appetizers'. Those were good. Then we each ordered the steak and bacon salad. It was quite disappointing. Happy Bitesseems to be all about fresh ingredients. Not a lot of greens in the salad. The salads were covered in those 'fake' bacon bitesthat tasted like plastic. Ruined the taste of a salad I was very much looking forward to enjoying. The guy from Happy Bites told us they have a place next door with really good subs....albeit bias owning both places.... Nevertheless, we tried it and their subs are fresh and so good. We ordered the Chicken Philly and the Italian Copicola? bothsandwiches were so good. The chicken philly isn't your regular sandwich, it has chicken chunks (not chicken tidbits like most),the peppers are roasted for real and the lettuce was crunchy. Ordered the Philly steak sandwich here and was disappointed. The meat was cold and dry, as if it had been kept overnight and... wasn?t thawed all the way or cooked thoroughly. I was also there when they opened , which may have had something to do with it.Also, I ordered the cheese fries and they were too salty for my taste. Maybe it was fluke, but I don?t think I?ll order thissandwich from here again. Read more
