This location keeps getting worse and worse. I honestly try not to go here but it?s near my daughter?s gymnastics and sometimes... she asks for a frosty as a treat after practice. Today, as I pulled up, there were teenage workers running around the parkinglot screaming; weaving between cars in the drive through. This was just before 9pm. When I finally got up to order, a simpleorder (3 small chocolate frosty?s, 2 small strawberry) and the worker couldn?t get it right. I had to repeat my order 10 times,something wasn?t right. My 6 and 10 year old were laughing because it was comical that the simple order couldn?t getright. When I pulled up to the window to get the frosty?s for my kids, I paid and was handed them. Then I waited in my car asthe worker ignored me, then begrudgingly opened the window. When I asked for spoons he said ?NO SPOONS.? Then I said you didn?tmention that when I ordered or when you handed me my order, can you check that you are out? So he sighed, annoyed, and walkedaimlessly around the drive through area (I could see him) then walked back to the window to tell me no spoons again. This placeneeds a management overhaul. I will go next door to Dairy Queen next time my kids want something sweet, at least those workersare polite. Read more
The food was so horrible I threw it in the trash. Nuggets burnt; bacon burnt. Baconator was so dry it was not edible. The drive... thru cashier, did not give me a receipt, as I would have done a customer survey. I spent $25.95 at this place. Customers shouldnot let these establishments get away with giving us food, that is not edible. I enclosed a picture of me throwing the food inthe trash. I asked for a six-piece spicy nugget, they gave me regular. (pic not posted). It was a waste of $25.95. PLEASE DO NOTpatronize Wendys EVER! I will never spend money again, unless I am refunded my money. These companies make too much money offthe customers for us to get this type of service, simple solution, no longer spend our money with them. Two double stacks. Free ten piece spicy nugget. Double stacks were not worth the $6. Tiny! But I haven?t been there in years.... Used to be good. Now disgusting. All three items were ICE cold even though I just ordered it ! and the chicken nuggets weresuper DRIED OUT on top of it! so hard they hurt my teeth. like they sat around all day?? Exactly the reason why I never EVER eatfast food, totally disgusting. Glad the nuggets were free in the app but I am not satisfied at all. Has gone downhill lately and the staff doesn't care. Always missing items from orders and take way too long. Today 9/14 I waited... for 7 minutes for coffee and seasoned potatoes, I only got my coffee and didn't have any more time to wait for the staff withheadphones in to casually stroll back inside for the fries. Not the first time they've messed up our order. We ordered 2 big bacons and they gave me a regular bacon burger. They also... charged me for the big bacon as you can see on the receipt so I'm not sure how they could've messed it up. 2 stars because foodwas good and fresh, just not what I asked for Read more
I?m a Tow Truck Driver, which means we have to eat in the go. Most Wendy?s I?ve been too has been just okay. But here the place... was clean, food was fresh and on point.
