First time going to an Arby's. We?re super excited to find one location as we don?t have one around where we live. The service... and the food was AWESOME ???? The guy who took our order was a ?super pleasant person? and I couldn?t help myself but to tellhim that, as I like to complement people when they?re making a difference (and now days customer service is very mediocre,pretty much everywhere). Placed in drive thru. Not busy at all ordered lunch for 4 adults 2 of the 4 were wrong . Ordered a turkey swiss wrap and got a... Buffalo fried chicken wrap ended up throwing it out due to not being able ro eat spicy things. My son's order was a brisketsandwich and received a fried chicken with Swiss cheese. Not whT we ordered we spent 43 dollars so 2 people didn't have lunchwith the rest of the family. Tried calling well you know how that goes didn't go back since we don't eat in the car and live 20minutes away.
