Visited this store today! Was greeted by a friendly and attentive girl. The male employee with glasses was rude and ignored me.... He made my drink wrong and refused to remake it, at the time it was not busy as I was the only customer besides 2 others. When Ialerted the boy of his error he rolled his eyes, groaned, ?I made it correctly? and walked away. I was left with an iced chaitea latte with water in it, tasted terrible took two sips and threw it out as the employee refused to fix it. Read more

Today we was in the area buying gifts for others and my daughter loves this location as they always make her drink amazing. This location is absolutely disgusting!! There was trash everywhere, floors were dirty and sticky, counters looked like they... hadn't been wiped down all day, and the bathroom was repulsive. I counted 8 employees working and the store looked like adumpster. Read more
