This says a lot about the management and the owner(s). This place is here to stay, folks. You'll find even the simplestof order prepared unlike anything you've ever experienced; and yes, it is a tasteful sensation. My Taco salad (how could someonealter that) was so unique from any other I've had, both in the flavor and texture of the meat, the different salad items, thedressing, and presentation - not average whatsoever! The common Peanut Butter Pie is a favorite throughout this region, howeveryou will discover that this slice of heaven is definitely a blue ribbon experience, from beginning to end! The ingredients andskill of the one who prepares such an item, will show in the evidence of appearance, aroma, initial and after taste. If you arelooking for more than just a meal but a culinary experience, this restaurant will not disappoint you no matter yourtaste. Excellent food, ambiance and service. Our crab cakes looked good but tasted amazing, accompanied by a remoulade that would make... shoe leather tasty. The lobster in the cake gave it a different twist and was enjoyable. Burgers were juicy, with excellentflavor. The carrot cake was very good and big enough for three or four and the prices were all very reasonable. Read more
Food was EXCEPTIONAL, I had fried green tomatoes grill cheese with thick bacon slices and fresh fries. The only acceptable... drink with this meal was strawberry rhubarb margrita, my oh my, it was also delicious. My husband had a fish sandwich which wasa big piece of fish, enough to make 2 sandwiches and their homemade potato chips. He also had a salad with their homemade housedressing, cucumber and dill creamy dressing, again YUM. And fresh bread. The service was AMAZING also. Highly recommended. Read more
We had lunch. The place wasn't crowded. We sat at the bar side. The service was good, and quick. We ordered Chicken Tortilla... soup. It was OK, little bit salty though. Also, we ordered Asian Salad.
