Wings were very good. Cheese cubes were a good appetizer. Small "hole in the wall" type bar/restaurant. Service was excellent!

After a nice long bike ride we decided to stop by for some wings about 930. The table wasn't clean (cleaned it ourselves)... waited 15 20 to order drinks, another 15 to order food.. Here's the butt warmer! Our food sat for 10 minutes before sheeven brought it to the table next to us. Gave our food to those people then took it back and tried to give to us, on top of thatthey were plain wings not butt warmers Read more

I had been to Hinders once before in 2020, terrible food and service. Well my aunt had never been and wanted to try it, so... figure it give it a shot, in hoping last time was a fluke. Sat down at table, took 20 minutes for a waitress to even acknowledgeus for drink orders and food, another 20 minute later our drinks came. They gave my boyfriend the wrong beer and had to flagdown the waitress just to get our drink. About 25 minutes later, our food comes and the wings were disgusting. Like someone hadrolled them in sugar. With only 3 sauces to choose from, its not much of a variety. The first two sauces are extremely sweet, then a crazy jump to hot sauce, . Also seen the charge for each little sauce cup you ask for, which I felt is a bit much. Wewill not be back. I am really not sure why the building has not been condemned yet, its falling apart, even where the firedidn't spread Read more

The wings are amazing and it seems to be fully staffed with attentive bartenders and servers. Hard to find fully staffed places... anymore and especially those with great service still. Highly recommend if for anytime you want to watch a game, have a greatdinner, or just wind down after a long day of work. Read more

*UPDATED* From 5 to 3 stars (over the course of many visits). Have I visited every bar in Dayton? No. But, I've been to MANY.... And in recent years Hinders has gone down the hill a little bit. It sits comfortably in the middle of the crowd just aboveBuffalo Wild Wings (which is a 2 star at best). For their wings and appetizers I'd give them 4 stars. They havegood-to-great'ish wings, jalapeno poppers, potato skins, and boneless wings too. The staff is probably the best part here. But,why the 3 stars you ask? Well, they could actually get real tables instead of Rubbermaid foldables. And yeah, it could be alittle more comfortable... it's all about the grub here because the atmosphere and restroom appearance/cleanliness will leaveyou wanting for more. Lastly, during a recent Bengal's game (pre-Super Bowl), there was another patron who was literally theloudest person I've ever heard in a public setting. I don't care what game is on. When I can't hear ANYTHING else but anotherpatron, then they should be asked to tone it down or asked to leave. Eat up though and try the Butt Warmer sauce. P.S. It'ssad to me that the owners of this establishment do not invest in it; that much is clear. From what it is to what it could be isa chasm-sized disparity. Read more
